Hi Mary

I am so very sorry to hear of all your sad news, so much at once is just too much.

My heart goes out to you, Richard and Sophie and all the families concerned. Thinking of you all,
Take care Mary,
Love, Liz

Dear Mary, So sorry to hear about your loses and can appreciate why you are feelings numb. I think that when the mind gets overloaded with intense feelings of grief that sometimes the only way to cope, is to shut down; which is very normal considering what you, your family and friends are currently going through.

sending you a big cyber hug,

much love,

Barbara

Hi every-body
thought I would write a quick note
first to say thank you all for the support I needed when we had the really bad news
second to say I am feeling a bit better now my head has stopped spinning and I seem able to cope with things now
so thank you all again

Hello Mary

I'm only just catching up too but so sorry to hear of all your sad news. Sometimes it seems that these things do come along in bulk and knock us for six when already in a vulnerable state. I'm glad you starting to feel better though and hope that time will help you to deal with the grief and sadness. Pleased to hear Sophie is okay and has been able to express her feelings.
Thinking of you. Take care,

Lyn x
